The resol- <br />ution listed, among other matters, that the' City of Pleasanton supp- <br />ort the efforts of V.C.S.D. to resolve the immediate, intermediate, <br />and long-range problems associated with the current sewage crisis. <br /> <br />Councilman Gerton initiated discussion regarding the resolution con- <br />taining a statement to the effect that V.C.S.D. will agree not to <br />expand its service area without the consent of the City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br />Mr. Hirst was instructed to include this statement in the proposed <br />resolution. <br /> <br />It was moved by Councilman Beratlis and seconded by Mayor Reid that <br />Resolution No. 71-225, regarding Valley Community Services District's <br />immediate, intermediate, and long-range solutions to their sewage <br />disposal problems, be adopted. <br /> <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmen Beratlis, Gerton, Pearson and Mayor Reid <br />NOES: Councilman Spiliotopoulos <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> 2. 11-8-71 <br /> <br /> <br />
