Phase I Mr. Campbell reported that the bids for the development of MacKay Park, Phase I, have been relviewed and recommended' that the f eon.~act be~'a~arded to Three-D Construction Company, Incorporeted, for-.-the low bid $13,463.00 It was moved by Councilman Gerton and seconded by CoUncilman Beratlis that Resolution No. 72-48, awarding the contr~ to Three-D Construc- tion Company, Incorporated, in the amount of #13,463.00 for the devel- opment. of MacKay Park, Phase I ,-be adopted.
