Homes, the Pleasanton Greens property and an area of Vintage Hili~ were excluded from the re-classification !application, but the Plann- ing Commission will review these parcels and make a recommendation to the Council .after the next Commission meeting. Councilman Gerton objected to the Plato ff}ur-plex property at Mavis Drive and Vineyard Avenue ,being inclnded~in the. application~ He stated that he felt it was a serious~ inequity 'i. on the part of the city. For the same reason, Mr. John Cor!l!ey .objected to the inclusion of the five acr~e Izola property onI Vineyard Avenue and a 3/4 acre parcel at the end of Del Sol Avenue. Mayor Reid emphasized that inclusion of any .property. in the Study District does not imply any change in the ul~tima~e zonilng, .'but it gives the Planning Commission a chance toreview the zoning'-in ion to ~traffic circulation and other problems. Mr. Edgar emphasized that those parcels where hardships exist, be given consideration in the timing of the studies. No. 656, relating to Zoning Unit Nos. 119, l19-A and l19-B, amending the Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton" and an ordinance amend/nu ChaDtar 2 of Title II.of. the Ordinance Code, rezoning certain properties within the City of Pleasanton from the RM-1500, RM-2500 and the RM-4000 Multi-Family Districts to the Study District for a period of six months, be introduced. It was moved by Councilman Gerton and seconded by Councilman Spilio- topoulos that the City Council be on record as opposing AB-206 and AB-232 and supporting AB-385.
