FLAG <br /> <br /> Mayor Robert Reid called the Adjourned Reqular meeting of the City <br /> Council to order at 8:00 P.M. and then led .the pledge of allegiance <br /> to the flag. <br /> <br /> ROLL CALL <br /> <br />City Clerk Helen McCarty called the roll.which is recorded as follows: <br />Councilmen Beratlis, Pearson, Spiliotopoulos and Mayor Reid were present. <br />Councilman Gerton was absent. Mr. Edgar, City Manager, Mr. Hirst, <br />City Attorney, Mr. Campbell, Director of Public Works and Mr. Castro, <br />Director of Community Development, were present. <br /> <br />AGENDA AMENDMENTS <br /> <br />Mr. Edgar requested that a letter from Bankers Mortgage Company of <br />California be included under Communications. <br /> <br />CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> <br />It was moved byCouncilman Beratlis and.seconded by Councilman <br />Spiliotopoulos that the following items listed on the Consent Calandar <br />be approved: <br /> <br /> a. Setting the public hearing for February 7, 1972 on the Applica- <br /> tion of San Ramon Village Companyto~rezone from the IG-3 ac. <br /> (General Industrial 3-acre minimum lot size) District, to the <br /> IG-40,000 (General Industry 40,000 sq. ft. minimum lot size) <br /> District,.that propertydescribed~.as.Pazcel 6, 14-2 and a <br /> portion of Parcel 4 of Alameda County:Assessor's Book No. 941, <br /> Block 1301, or mores'commonly known as the San Ramon Village <br /> Company industrial property in the southwest quadrant of Inter- <br /> state #580 and Hopyard Road. <br /> <br /> b. Adoption o~ Resolution No. 72-1 authorizing Progress Payment <br /> No. 1 in the amount of $22,437.00 to East Bay Excavating <br /> Company, Inc., for work completed on Bernal Avenue Realignment, <br /> Project 71-4. <br /> <br /> c.
