MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF TIlE CITY COUNCIL December 4, 1972 CALL TO ORDER - PLEDGE TO THE FLAG Mayor Robert Reid 'cal'Zed' the Adjourned Regular Meeting of the City COuncil to order at 8:00 P.M., and then led the pledge of alleg- iance to the flag. ROLL CALL Deputy City Clerk Doris George called the roll which is recorded as follows: Councilmen Kinney, Mori, Pearson, Herlihy and Mayor Reid were present. Mr. Edgar, City Manager, Mr. ttirst, City Attorney and Mr. Castro, Director of Community Development were present. Mr. Camp- bell, Director of Public Works, was absent. AGENDA AMENDMENTS Mr. Edgar requested an item be added under the Consent Calendar to accept deeds for public service easements from Frank Auf der Maur on Vineyard Avenue. Councilman Pearson requested an Executive Session be held after item 5 on the agenda. CONSENT CALENDAR It was moved by Councilman Kinney and seconded by Councilman Pearson that the following items listed on the Consent Calendar, be approved: a. Approval of City Council Minutes for November 27, 1972. b. Audit for the 1971-72 Fiscal Year c. Adoption of Resolution No. 72-203, accepting Grant Deed and Quitclaim Deed from Frank Auf der Maur, for public service easements on Vineyard Avenue. The roll call vote was as follows: AYES: Councilmen tterlihy, Kinney, Mori, Pearson and Mayor Reid NOES: None ABSENT: No~e PUBLIC ttEARINGS Application of the Planning Commission to consider the Environmental Impact Statement and to rezone from the R-1-6500 (Single Family) District and 'the A (A~ricultural) District, those properties or parcels identifle'd as follows: Tract #3311 from the R-1-6500 (Single Family Residential) District to the C-S (Commercial Service), P (Public and InstitutiOnal), and I-P (Industrial Park) District, or such other land use as deemed acceptable to the Planning Commission, and Tract #3312 from the R-1-6500 (Single Family Residential) District to the P (Public and Institutional) District or such other land use as deemed acceptable to the Planning Commission, and Parcel #941-1302-2-19 from the A (Agricultural) District to the C-S (Commercial Service)District, P (P'ublic and Institutional) District, and I-P (Planned Industrial) Dis- trict, or such other land use as deemed acceptable to the Plannin~ Commission, and said parcel co~tainin~ more or less 13.85 acres.
