Adopt a resolution modifying the Standard <br /> Requirements as follows: <br /> <br /> 1. Adjust the trip distribution <br /> assumptions to reflect 1987 <br /> place-of-residence patterns for north <br /> Pleasanton business park employees, <br /> as shown in Table i as staff <br /> recommended distribution; and <br /> <br /> 2. adjust the trip generation rates <br /> (Table IV) by replacing the "Office," <br /> "Office/R&D," and "R&D/Light <br /> Manufacturing" categories with an <br /> "Office" category generating 2.0 peak <br /> hour trips per 1,000 sq. ft. of <br /> building and add a "Light <br /> Manufacturing/Warehouse" category <br /> generating 1.0 peak hour trips per <br /> 1,000 sq. ft. of building; <br /> <br />SR:88:136 <br /> <br /> <br />
