Mr. Patton explained alternatives available for <br />Council action, requesting that the Park Dedication fee be increased by the fol- <br />lowing actions: (1) amendment to the Park Dedication Ordinance and, (2) amendment <br />to the Bedroom Tax Ordinance. He further requested the matter of the total park <br />acquisition in the City be referred to the General Plan Review. <br /> Discussion ensued regarding required acreage dedication per dwelling unit <br />designation. <br /> It was moved by Councilman Pearson that an ordinance be introduced, changing <br />the requirements for low density multiples from 1.7 acres per 100 units to 1.9 <br />acres. <br /> The motion died for lack of a second. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilman Mori, and seconded by Councilman Kinney, that <br />Ordinance No. 680, an ordinance amending Article 10 of Chapter 1, Title II, and <br />Article 6 of Chapter 2, Title I, of the Ordinance Code of the City of Pleasanton <br />relating to Park Dedication Land and Fee Requirements and Taxation of Construc- <br />tion of Residential Dwelling Units and Mobile Home lots, respectively, be <br />introduced. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmen Herlihy, Kinney, Mori, Pearson and Mayor Reid <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> 3. 9/25/72 <br /> <br /> <br />
