Letter from Arlene Voudry~ K~:, ~ruck .Routes <br /> This letter will be considered with the truck route ordinance. <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL COMMITTEE REPORTS <br /> There were no City Council Committee reports presented at this meeting. <br /> <br />PL~TTERS INITIATED BY COUNCIL ~.111BERS <br /> Councilman Herlihy asked for a staff report regarding the history of the E1 <br />Charro overpass, the study to be completed in the next three or four months. <br /> <br /> Councilman Pearson requested the stsff to include the Civic Center site as a <br />specific item in the General Plan Review. <br /> <br /> Regarding appointment to the I~using Authority Board, it was moved by Council- <br />man Mori, and seconded by Councilman Pearson, that Resolution No. 72-154, be <br />adopted, appointing Mrs. Penny Doleray to fill the unexpired term of Roger McLain, <br />said term expiring 1-25-75. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES= Councilmen Herlihy, Kinney, Mori, Pearson and ~ayor Reid <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT~ None <br /> <br /> Mayor Reid requested that a study session be scheduled between the City Council <br />and the Planning Commission regarding the sign portion and administration of the <br />present Zoning Ordinance° <br /> <br />~ETING OPEN TO THE PUBLIC <br /> No one addressed the Chair. <br /> <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION <br /> Mayor Reid recessed the meeting to an Executive Session at 9:45 P.M. <br /> <br /> ~yor Reid reconvened the meeting at 10:25 P.M. <br /> <br />ADJOURNS,lENT <br /> There being no further business at 10:30 P.M., it was moved by Councilman <br />Kinney and seconded by Councilman Mori that the meeting be adjourned to meet again <br />in Regular Session at 7:00 P.M., on September 11, 1972. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES= Councilmen Herlihy, Kinney, Mori, Pearson and Mayor Reid <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> 4. 9/5/72 <br /> <br /> <br />
