CITY COUNCIL COMMITTEE REPORTS There were no City Council Committee reports presented at this meeting. PL~TTERS INITIATED BY COUNCIL ~.111BERS Councilman Herlihy asked for a staff report regarding the history of the E1 Charro overpass, the study to be completed in the next three or four months. Councilman Pearson requested the stsff to include the Civic Center site as a specific item in the General Plan Review. Regarding appointment to the I~using Authority Board, it was moved by Council- man Mori, and seconded by Councilman Pearson, that Resolution No. 72-154, be adopted, appointing Mrs. Penny Doleray to fill the unexpired term of Roger McLain, said term expiring 1-25-75. The roll call vote was as follows: AYES= Councilmen Herlihy, Kinney, Mori, Pearson and ~ayor Reid NOES: None ABSENT~ None Mayor Reid requested that a study session be scheduled between the City Council and the Planning Commission regarding the sign portion and administration of the present Zoning Ordinance° ~ETING OPEN TO THE PUBLIC No one addressed the Chair.
