Mr. Arlyn N. Blackwell, 2586 Heatherlark Circle, spoke regarding construction <br />at 1385 Kolln Street, stating that as a follow up on this matter from last week's <br />meeting, he would like to know what could be done about the unsightly construction. <br />Mr. Hirst replied the construction was within the requirements of City standards, <br />and that an amendment to the Zoning Ordinance would be necessary in order to <br />change the requirements to structures of this type. <br /> <br /> Mr. Gary Jones, 2312 Raven Road, spoke regarding a citation he had received <br />for a parked truck-tractor in front of his residence. He stated there were other <br />commercial vehicles parked in the area who had not received citations, and he <br />felt he was being discriminated against in this matter. <br /> <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION <br /> Mayor Reid recessed the meeting to an Executive Session at 10:05 P.M. <br /> <br /> Mayor Reid reconvened the meeting at 10:40 P.M. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> There being no further business at 10:45 P.M., it was moved by Councilman <br />Pearson, and seconded by Councilman Kinney, that the meeting be adjourned to <br />meet again in Regular Session at 7:00 P.M., on September 5, 1972. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmen Herlihy, Kinney, Mori, Pearson, and Mayor Reid <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />Respectfully Submitted, <br /> <br />HELEN Ca McCARTY, CITY ~Lp, K <br /> <br /> 6. 8/21/72 <br /> <br /> <br />
