AMENDMENTS TO THE CITY COUNCIL MINUTES <br /> of <br /> MARCH 12, 1973 <br /> <br />Councilman Pearson requested the following amendments be made to the <br />Minutes of March 12, 1973: <br /> <br /> Page 4 - Report of the Citizens Committee, Commissions, and staff, <br /> Re: Growth Rate, that the recommendations of the Community Concerns <br /> Committee read as follows - "650 du's be allowed per year provided <br /> that 24% of that number be housing for people with a yearly income <br /> of $10,000 or less. That if this objective cannot be accomplished, <br /> then their recommendation was 250 du's/yr.". <br /> <br /> Page 6 - Mrs. Helen Robinson's comments should be expanded to include <br /> the following two statements: (1) That a moratorium should be placed <br /> on any further track map approvals until after the completion of the <br /> General Plan Review as is legally feasible under the appropriate pro- <br /> visions of the Government Code by placing the areas in a Study District, <br /> and (2) That with regard to further trac~ map approvals, the appro- <br /> priate provisions of the new legislation (AB 1301) be implemented and <br /> enforced. <br /> <br /> Page 6 - to include,"Mr. Hirst, in this same discussion, reported <br /> that the City Council had no discretion regarding the approval of <br /> Final Tract Map 3187 in that it was a mere compliance procedure and <br /> was required to be approved under the law." <br /> <br />WILLIAM H.
