The Council authorized Councilman Kinney to attend the Mayors' Conference on <br />March 7, 1973, in the absense of Mayor Reid, and instructed Mr.'Edgar to write a <br />letter to give Councilman Kinney full voting privileges on behalf of Mayor Reid. <br /> <br />MEETING OPEN TO THE PUBLIC <br /> No one addressed the Chair. <br /> <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION <br /> Mayor Reid recessed the meeting to an Executive Session at 10:55 P.M. <br /> <br /> Mayor Reid reconvened the meeting at 11:10 P.M. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> There being no further business at 11:15 P.M., it was moved by Councilman <br />Mori, and seconded by Councilman Pearson, that the meeting be adjourned to meet <br />again in Adjourned Regular Session at 8:00 P.M., on March 12, 1973. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmen Herlihy, Mori, Pearsons and Mayor Reid <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Councilman Kinney <br /> <br />Respectfully Submitted, <br /> <br />WILLIAM H.
