Adoption of Ordinance No. 689 It was moved by Councilman Mori, and seconded by Councilman Kinney, that Ordinance Noo 689, approving the application of the Planning Commission to retain in the A District Parcel 1-2, Block 3295, Assessor's Map Book 946, con- taining 2.58 ac., more or less, Edwin Wortham property, and place in the C-F District Parcel 3-8, Block 3295, Assessor's Map Book 946, containing 6.93 ac., more or less, gel Mack property, said properties fronting on Santa Rita Road, be adopted. CITY COUNCIL COMMITTEE REPORTS There were no City Council Committee Reports presented at this meeting. MATTERS INITIATED BY COUNCIL MEMBERS Councilman Kinney stated he would be attending the L.A.F.C. meeting Thursday, 1-25-73, regarding Camp Parks annexation to V.C.S.D., and requested Council agreement in opposing the proposed annexation. The Council concurred. Councilman Herlihy commented that the Kaiser Dump Site hearing was held tonight while both Livemore and Pleasanton City Councils were in session, and that he felt this was an inconsiderate action on the part of the County. ADJOURNMENT There being no further business at 12:00 P.M., it was moved by Councilman Herlihy, and seconded by Councilman Pearson, that the meeting be adjourned to meet again in Regular Session at 8:00 P.M., on January 29, 1973.
