Mr~ Robert Nielsen was <br />the high bidder at $93.50 per ac~e~ <br /> <br /> It was moved by Coun~ilman Reid, and seconded by Councilman Kinney, to approve <br />the Lease Agreement between the City and M~ Robert Nielsen, 11637 Alegre Drive, <br />Dublin, for ~he ]81 ac~es ox pasture land adjacent to the City's sewage treatment <br />plant, at $93.50 per ~cre~ <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmen Heriihy, Kinney, Mori, Reid, and Mayor Pearson <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: No~e <br /> <br />Report, Re: ~wa~.~d__~..n__R~ Street Al!~nmen~ <br /> This matter was continued to the meeting of October 8, 1973. <br /> <br />Matters for the Information of the Council <br /> Mr. Edgar presented a copy of the proposed o~der of the State Water Quality <br />Control Board regarding the Kaiser Reclamation Project. <br /> <br /> Councilman Herlihy presented a telegram to be sent to the California State <br />Water Quality Control Board opposing the Kaiser Dump application. The City Council <br />concurred to send the telegram and also instructed Mr. Edgar' to read it at the <br />hearing in Sacramento on October 4, 1973~ <br /> <br /> Mro Edgar presented statlstical ~nformation regarding the licensing of cats <br />wbich was s~pplied by Mrs~ Katie <br /> <br />REPORTS OF THE CITY ATTORNEY <br />Re_~p_9_r~t_L~Re: ~e_juest from CitE. of Petaluma Financial_Assistance and Growth Ordinance <br />Lawsuit <br /> Mr~ Scheidig presented his report regarding this matter, stating that the City <br />has reverently ~eceived a le!~ter from the City of Petaluma requesting financial <br />assistaD~e is the defense of their ordinance regulating growth in their community. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilman Reid, and seconded by Councilman Herlihy, authorizing <br />an expenditure o~ $250.00 for ~inancial assistance to the City of Petaluma to assist <br />in defending their growth ordinance. <br />The roll call vo~e was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmen Herlihy, Kinney, Mori, Reid, and Mayor Pearson <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> 6. 10/1/73 <br /> <br /> <br />
