CITY COUNCIL COMMITTEE REPORTS Councilman Herlihy read a'formal proposal to be presented at the Valley Planning Committee meeting on June 13, 1974. MATTERS INITIATED BY COUNCIL MEMBERS Councilman Herlihy requested staff to meet with residents in the Stoneridge Shopping Center area to explain widening of Foothill Road plans. COuncilman Kinney stated he had received several complaints regarding High School students loitering on lawns across the street from the school, and requested some action be taken to alleviate this problem, Councilwoman LeClaire requested authorizatien to write a letter on behalf of the Health Care Center regarding grant application. The Council concurred. Mayor Mori stated he rode on Police patrol last Friday night, and it was a very interesting experience. EXECUTIVE SESSION Mayor Mori recessed the meeting to an Executive Session ~t 11:45 P,M, Mayor Mori reconvened the meeting a~ 12:00 midnight. It was moved by Councilman Kinney, and seconded by Councilman Herlihy, that Resolution No. 74-135, reappointing Roger McLain and Walter Wood to full four year terms on the City of Pleasanton Planning Commission, Said terms to expire on May 5, 1978, be adopted. The roll call vote was as follows: AYES: Councilmen Herlihy, Kinney, Councilwoman LeElairs, Councilman Philcox, and Mayor Mori NOES: None ABSENT: None ADJOURNMENT There being no further business at 12:01 A.M., it was moved by Councilman Kinney, and seconded by Councilwoman LeClaire, [hat the meeting be adjourned to meet again in Regular Session at 8:00 P.M., on June 24, 1974.
