Report, Re: Agreement with Barton Aschman and Associates and Bayshore Properties <br /> regarding Engineering Services related to Stoneridge. Shopping Center <br /> Mr~ Scheidig presented his report, dated May 23, 1974, regarding this matter, <br /> stating that it is necessary for the City Council to enter into an agreement with <br /> Barton-Aschman and Bayshore Properties in order for an environmental impact report <br /> to be prepared pertaining to the Stoneridge Drive overcrossing. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilman Kinney, and seconded by Councilwoman LeClaire, <br /> approving the agreement with Barton-Aschman/Bayshore Properties relating to the <br /> Stoneridge Drive overcrossing, and authorizing the execution of said agreement <br /> by the appropriate City officerso <br /> The roll caI1 vote was as follows: <br /> AYES: Councilmen Herlihy, Kinney, Councilwoman LeClaire, Councilman Philcox, <br /> and Mayor Mori <br /> NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />Report~ Re: Amendments to Joint Powers Agreement creating the Livermore Amador <br />V~ley Water Management Agency <br /> Mr. Scheidig presented his report regarding this matter and explained the <br />amendments that had been made to the Agreement. <br /> <br /> it was moved by Councilman Philcox, and seconded by Councilwoman LeClaire, <br />approving the final draft of the Joint Powers Agreement creating the Livermore <br />Amador Valley Water Management Agency, and authorizing the Mayor to execute the <br />Agreement. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmen Herlihy, Kinney, Councilwoman LeClaire, Councilman Philcox, <br /> and Mayor Mori <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />COMMUNICATIONS <br /> There were no Communications presented at this meeting. <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL COMMITTEE REPORTS <br /> There were no City Council Committee Reports presented at this meeting° <br /> <br />MATTERS INITIATED BY COUNCIL MEMBERS <br /> Councilwoman LeClaire requested staff to investigate a business license fee <br />for a baby sitting service by a resident in the City° <br /> <br /> Councilman Philcox requested that a letter of Commendation be sent to Arnold <br />Eaton and Arthur Monaco and their staffs, regarding their fine assistance in the <br />moving of the Pleasanton Youth Inco, building° <br /> <br /> Mr~ Edga~ stated that Council should select a person to be considered by the <br />Mayors' Conference as a member of the Alameda C=iminal Justice Planning Board. <br /> It was moved by Councilman Kinney, and seconded by Councilman Herlihy, that <br />Mayor Mori be considered as a member of the Alameda Criminal Justice Planning <br />Board by the Mayors' Conference. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmen Herlihy, Kinney, Councilwoman LeClaire, Councilman Philcox, <br /> and Mayor Mori <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> Mayor Mori requested approval to vote in favor of James Baleurine and against <br />Arthur Flegal as members of the ABAG Executive Committee.
