It was moved by Councilman Kinney, and seconded by Councilman Herlihy, that the following action be taken with regard to Sewer Fees: Introduce Ordinance No. 724, t~oe~a~ ~o~i ~ p~ ~F~u~f~%a~d, ng ther'eof, an ordinance amending Section ~-~5'.'1~, %rtl~?R~ (Se~er Connection~ees), Chapter 8 (Sewage), Title II of the Ordinance Code of the City of Pleasanton relating to sewer connection fees° Introduce Ordinance No~ 725, to~r~a~ ~ l~,~Xti~d ~v~,~u~_~~ng thereof, an ordinance amending'S~c~ton~'~-lS.~ and ~-1~.'1~, Xrti~le 2 (Sewer Connection Fees), Chapter 8 (Sewage), Title II (Zoning and Development) of the Ordinance Code of the City of Pleasanton relating to sewer connection fees and special fund. Adoption of Resolution No. 74-101, a resolution amending Resolution No. 73-112 (a resolution establishing fees and charges for various municipal services of the City of Pleasanton) and Resolution No. 73-126 (amending Resolution No. 73-112 to include charges for sewer service as required by Section 2-15.03 of the Ordinance Code of the City of Pleasanton) to increase the charges for sewer service and to include sewer connection fees as required by Section 2-15~13 of the Ordinance Code of the City of Pleasanton. Mr. Edgar presented memorandum dated May 9, 1974, regarding actions taken by the Planning Commission at their regularly scheduled meeting of May 8, 1974. REPORTS OF THE CITY AITORNEY Resolution vacating portion of RaT Street Mro Scheidig presented his report dated May 8, 1974, regarding this item, stating that it is necessary for the City Council to adopt a resolution vacating a portion of Ray Street in order to vacate the public interest in that portion adjacent to the Pleasanton Plaza Shopping Center. 7. 5/13/74
