MATTERS INITIATED BY COUNCIL MEMBERS <br /> Councilman Kinney requested that Goodwill Industries be encouraged <br /> to remove collection bins as non-usable goods and refuse are collecting <br /> around the bins in shopping areas. <br /> <br /> Councilman Herlihy asked about the schedule for tree plantings at <br /> Amador Park. Mr. Bowling stated that he would check on this and report <br /> back to Councilman Herlihy. <br /> <br /> Councilman Philcox proposed open discussion meetings with the various <br /> Commissions to discuss matters on an informal basis.
