Eaton~ 670 St. John Street~ of the Plannin~ Commission decision <br /> to allow a Conditional Use Permit to Randy Hadley for the establishment of a Volks- <br /> wagon Repair Shop (a ~ara~e) in ~ st~ictly residential area that is zoned R-1-6500~ <br /> located at 648 St~ John Street <br /> Mro Harris presented the staff report, dated March 21, 1974, regarding this <br /> matter~ <br /> <br />__ Mayor Mcri declared the public hearing open. <br /> <br /> Mr. Bill Hirst, 147 Bernal Avenue, representing Mrs. Marylee L. Eaton, stated <br /> this application did not comply with the Home Occupation Article of the Zoning <br /> Ordinance, and urged City Council approval of the appeal. <br /> <br /> Mr, Randy Hadley, 648 St. John Street, stated that he would comply with all of <br /> the conditions imposed by the Planning Commission, and further stated that the <br /> petition signed by residents in the area indicated no general opposition to his <br /> business. <br /> <br /> 2. 3/25/74 <br /> <br /> <br />
