9 COMHUNICATIONS Tirere were no Communications presented at this meeting. CITY COUNCIL COMMITTEE REPORTS Mayor Mori stated that the goals and objectives of the various committees would be reviewed and assignments made soon. Councilman Kinney reported on the meeting of the Valley Planning Committee on March 14, 1974, at which time Livermore's Sphere of Influence was discussed. In addition the future of the Valley Planning Committee was discussed but no decision made. Councilman Kinney stated he favored a small steering committee for forum type activity and eliminate the regular monthly meeting. Mayor Mori requested that Councilman Kinney prepare a proposal setting forth this concept. Mayor Mori reported on a Sewer Meeting with V.C.S.D. with representatives of the State and Regional Water Boards, stating he felt some progress had been made regard- ing negotiations to solve the sewage problem. MATTERS INITIATED BY COUNCIL MEMBERS There were no matters initiated by Council members. MEETING OPEN TO THE PUBLIC (Cont'd) . Judge Gale addressed the Council, bringing them a progress report on the Apperson Guest Ranch sewage treatment plant application. EXECUTIVE SESSION Mayor Mori recessed the meeting to an Executive Session at 11:00 P.M. Mayor Mori reconvened the meeting at 11:40 P.M. ADJOURNMENT There being no further business at 11:43 P.M., it was moved by Councilwoman LeClaire, and seconded by Councilman Philcox, that the meeting be adjourned to meet again in Study Session at 7:30 P.M. on March 20, 1974.
