<br /> CALL TO ORDER - PLEDGE TO THE FLAG
<br /> Mayor Floyd Mori called the Adjourned Regular Meeting of the City Council to order
<br /> at 8:00 PoM., and then led the Pledge of Allegiance to the flag.

<br /> Deputy City Clerk Doris George called the roll which is recorded as follows:
<br /> Councilmen Herlihy, Kinney, Councilwoman LeClaire, Councilman Philcox and Mayor
<br /> Mori were present° Mr. Edgar, City Manager, Mr. Scheidig, City Attorney, Mr.
<br /> Campbell, Assistant City Manager/Director of Public Works, John Bowling, Director of
<br /> Housing and Community Development, Mr. Harris, Director of Planning, Mr. Miller,
<br /> Assistant to the City Manager, Mr. Frudden, Fire Chief, and Mr. So.by, Director of
<br /> Engineering Services, were present.

<br /> Mr. Edgar requested that'an item be added to the Consent Calendar as 4(h) -
<br /> Proclaim March 17 through 23, 1974 as International DeMolay Week in Pleasant.n.

<br /> CONSENT CALENERR
<br /> It was moved by Councilman Herlihy, and seconded by Councilman Kinney, that the
<br /> following items listed on the Consent Calendar, be approved as amended:

<br /> a. Approval of City Council Minutes for February 25, March 4, March 11 and March 12,
<br /> 1974o
<br />
<br />b. Adoption of Resolution No. 74-34, approving claims for the month of February,
<br /> 1974, in the amount of $178,883.78o
<br />
<br /> co Adoption of Resolution No. 74-35, approving Progress Payment No. 2, and'Notice of
<br /> Completion to Willjams Bros. Construction Company, Inc., for Santa Rita Road and
<br /> Railroad Tracks, in the amount of $6,280.20 and authorization to file Notice of
<br /> Completion.

<br />do Adoption of Resolution No. 7~-36, approving Progress Payment No. 1, to Del Monte
<br /> Electric Company for Traffic Signal at Santa Rita and Stanley Boulevard; in'%he

<br /> and Hester for road work on Ray and First Streets and Vineyard Avenue, in the
