CITY COUNCIL COMMITTEE REPORTS <br /> Councilman Mori stated that he attended a Water Board hearing last week to re- <br />quest postponement to February 8th of a decision regarding the agency to be designated <br />as the 208 Agency, with the possibility of the newly created agency being designated <br />as that agency. He stated that the Water Committee will bring a recommendation to the <br />City Council after their next meeting. <br /> <br /> Mayo~ Pearson reported that the Joint Exercise of Powers Agreement to implement <br />the Valley-wide Water Management Plan had been signed by the agencies involved on <br />January 16th. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> There being no further business at 10:15 P.M., it was moved by Councilman Reid, <br />and seconded by Councilman Mori, that the meeting be adjourned to meet again in <br />Regular Session at 8:00 P.M., on January 28, 1974. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmen Herlihy, Kinney, Mori, Reid, and Mayor Pearson <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />Respectfully Submitted <br /> , <br /> <br />WILLIAM Ho EDGAR, CITY CLERK <br /> <br /> 4. 1/21/74 <br /> <br /> <br />
