<br /> CALL TO ORDER - PLEDGE TO THE FLAG
<br /> Mayor Floyd Mori called the Adjourned Regular Meeting of the City Council to
<br /> order at 8:00 P.M., and then led the Pledge of Allegiance to the flag.
<br />
<br /> ROLL CALL
<br /> Deputy City Clerk Doris George called the roll which is recorded as follows:
<br />Councilmen Herlihy, Kinney, Councilwoman LeClaire, Councilman Philcox, and Mayor
<br />Mori were present. Mr. Edgar, City Manager, Mr. Scheidig, City Attorney, Mr.
<br />Campbell, Assistant City Manager/Director of Public Works, Mr. Bowling, Director
<br />of Housing and Community Development, Mr. Harris, Director of Planning, Mr'. Sooby,
<br />Director of Engineering Services, and Mr. Walker, Assistant to the City Manager,
<br />were present.

<br /> AGENDA AMENDMENTS
<br /> Mr. Edgar requested that the following two items be added to the agenda:
<br />
<br />1. Add as item 4h - a resolution of intention to enter into a Cooperative Agree-
<br /> ment between the City of Pleasanton and the County of Alameda regarding
<br /> Housing and Community Development Act of 1974.
<br />
<br /> 2~ Add as 10a - Report of Claim from H. C. Elliott, Inc.
<br />
<br /> Councilman Herlihy requested that an itembe added to the Consent Calendar
<br />as 4i, a resolution wishing the residents of Pleasanton a Merry Christmas and
<br />Happy New Year from the City Council.
<br />
<br />CONSENT CALENDAR
<br /> It was moved by Councilman Philcox, and seconded by Councilwoman LeClaire,
<br /> that the following items listed on the Consent Calendar be approved as amended;
<br /> and the agenda as amended:

<br /> a. Approval of City Council Minutes for December 9, 1974.
<br />
<br /> Adoption of Resolution No. 74-241, approving Claims for the month of
<br /> NoVembez, 1974, in the amount of $444,798.07.
<br />
<br />co Acceptance of Report of the Planning Commission, Re: Action Taken on Items
<br /> as their meeting of December 11, 1974.
<br />
<br />d. Adoption o£ Ordinance No. 749, amending Section 2-7.08(a), Article 8 (C
<br /> Commercial Districts), Chapter 2 (Zoning), Title II (Zoning and Development),
<br /> of the Ordinance Code of the City of Pleasanton pertaining to Equipment
<br /> Rental Yards.

<br />e, Acceptamce of Easements from'Longview Drive to Walter Johnson Park~

<br /> Acceptance of Two Grant Deeds from Morris Stulsaft Testamentary Trust
<br /> (Vintage Hills).
<br />
<br /> Adoption of Resolution No. 74-242, approving Progress Payment Noo 2, to
<br /> Steiny & Co., Inc., in the amount of $24,706.84, for work and material on
<br /> Trafiic Signal Pr'oject No. 74-3, Hopyard Road & Valley Avenue, and Hopyard
<br /> Road & West Las Positas Blvdo

<br />h~ Adoption of Resolution No. 74-243, a resolution of intention to enter into
<br /> a Cooperative Agzeement between the City of Pleasanton and the County of
