Gerton for an Exemption from the Restricted Growth Policy <br />for three (3) lots on Kottinger Drive <br /> Mro Edgar stated the Restricted Growth Policy had been formulated by the <br />City Council as an outgrowth of problems due to sewer capacity. <br /> <br /> Mr. Sooby presented the staff report dated December 5, 1974, regarding this <br />matter. <br /> <br /> Mr. Mark Gerton, 1192 Rotringer, representing Mr. and Mrs. William Ackerman, <br />requested exemption from the Restricted Growth Policy for a parcel of 2.37 acres <br />south of Kottinger Drive, because of economic hardship. <br /> <br /> Council expressed sympathy to the property owners but stated the Restricted <br />Growth Policy must be adhered to.
