It was moved by Councilman Philcox, and seconded by Councilwoman LeClaire, that <br />Ordinance No. 748, to be read by title only, and waiving further reading thereof, <br />adding Section 1-1.14 to Chapter 1 (General Provisions), of Title I (Administration) <br />of ~he Ordinance Code of the City of Pleasanton pertaining to misdemeanor sanctions <br />on persons who wilfully and maliciously provide or receive personal data from the <br />Criminal Oriented Records Production Unified System (CORPUS), be introduced. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmen Herlihy, Kinney, Councilwoman LeClaire, Councilman Philcox, <br /> and Mayor Mori <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />Payment of Prorata Amicus Curiae Participation Share in Von~s Grocery vs. City of <br />Cerritos <br /> Mr. Scheidig explained that City Council authorized Amicus Curiae participation <br />in this case dealing with inverse condemnation. T. Gerton~ Re: Location of the scavenger transfer station to a <br />central location within the City <br /> Mr. Edgar presented a letter from B. T. Gerton regarding location of the <br />scavenger transfer station to a central location within the City.
