<br />and authorizing an additionairS5,000.00 be allocated from Revenue Sharing Funds,

<br /> Mr. Campbell presented a memorandum of the R~creation Superintendent, dated
<br />October 8, 1974, regarding RoCk Concerts at Wayside Par~. Councilman Herlihy
<br />suggested that the Rock Concerts be held in different parks throughout the City.
<br />Mr. Caporusso stated that Wayside Park is the only Park equipped with electrical
<br />outlets.

<br /> Mr. Campbell presented a letter from Joe Madden, 3851 Vineyard Avenue,
<br />commending the Police and Fire Departments for their fine rescue efforts in
<br />his recent automobile accident.

<br />MEETING OPEN TO THE PUBLIC
<br /> Mrs. Barbara McClure, representing Cask and Mask Players, invited the City
<br />Council to their play "The Skin of our Teeth" on November 9, 1974, which is
<br />designated as 'Big Shot' night honoring governing bodies in the Valley.
