Natton <br /> for denial of tn~ Board of Adjustments decision regarding application for a <br /> Variance from ~he requirements of Section 2-5.38, Article 3, Chapter 2, Title II <br /> of the Ordinance Code of the City of Pleasanton, to allow the retention of a six <br /> foot fence wh~i encroaches into the required exterior side yard of a residential <br /> corner lot lo~ed at 7636 Desertwood Lane; zoning for the property is R-i-6500 <br /> (Single Family) District, be adopted. <br /> The roll call v~e was as follows: <br /> AYES: Councilmen Herlihy, Kinney, Councilwoman LeClaire, Councilman Philcox, <br /> and ~yor Mori <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> MATTERS CONTINUED FOR DECISION <br /> There were no matters continued for decision presented at this meeting. <br /> <br /> SPECIAL REPORTS <br /> .~.eport, Re: Reso}ution S~pportin~..Pro].ect 4~ ~.ederal.
