<br /> CALL TO ORDER - PLEDGE TO THE FLAG
<br /> Mayor Edward Kinney called the Regular Meeting of the City Council to order
<br />at 8:00 P~M., and then led the Pledge of Allegiance to the flag.
<br />
<br />ROLL CALL
<br /> Deputy City Clerk Doris George called the roll which is recorded as follows:
<br />Councilmembers Herlihy, LeClaire, McLain, Phllcox, and Mayor Kinney were present.
<br />Mr. Edgar, City Manager, Mr. Sche!dig, City Attorney, Mr. Campbell, Assistant
<br />City Manager/Director of Public Works, Mr~ Bowling, Director of Housing and
<br />Community Development, and Mr. Walker, Assistant to the City Manager, were present.

<br />AGENDA AMENDMENTS
<br /> Mro Edgar requested the fol!cwing item be added to the agenda:
<br />
<br /> Item 8b - Report of the Community Concerns Conmxittee, Re: Waiver of Water and
<br /> Sewer Connection Fees.
<br />
<br /> Councilwoman LeClaire requested the Minutes of April 28, 1975, be corrected
<br /> to insert her name after Councilwoman on page 6, paragraph 3.
<br />
<br /> CONSENT CALENDAR
<br /> It was moved by Councilmember LeClaire, and seconded by Councilmember Herlihy,
<br />that the following items listed on the Consent Calendar be approved as amended,
<br />and the agenda as amended:
<br />
<br />a. Approval of City Council Minutes for April 28th as amended, and May 5, 1975.
<br />
<br />b. Adoption of Resolution No. 75-94, approving Claims for the month of April,
<br /> 1975, in the amount of $360,711~46.
<br />
<br /> c. Reaffirmation of City's commitment under its Cooperation Agreement with the
<br /> Housing Authority~
<br />
<br /> Approval of time extension to Gone Caldeira Grading and Paving, Inco, for
<br /> 15 days on construction of Peters Avenue Parking L.i.D., to May 16, 1975.
<br />
<br /> e. Adoption of Resolution No~ 75-95, approving Agreement between City and County
<br /> of Alameda, regarding Shared Recruitment and Testing Project.
<br />
<br />f. Acceptamce of repcrt of the Assistant C~ty Manager, regarding Sewage Treatment
<br /> Plant Project Report - Environmental Impact Report.
<br />
<br />g. Approval of Preliminary Plans and Specifications for Main Street Resurfacing
<br /> Project, Project No. 75-1, and authorize advertising for bids~
<br />
<br />h. Adoption of Resolution No; 75-96, approving Progress Payment Noo 2, to Tom
<br /> DeHerrers, in the amount of $13~395~15, for work completed on Century Park.
<br />
<br /> i. Adoption of Resolution No~ 75-97, directing Director of Public Works to make
<br /> and file an amended Assessment in connection with Assessment District No. 1,
<br /> Pleasanton Township County Water District, Alameda County, California.
<br />
<br />j. Adoption of Resolution No~ 75-98, d~recting Director of Public Works to make
<br /> and file an amended Assessment in connection with Assessment District No. 2,
<br /> Pleasanton Township County Water District, Alameda County, California.
