NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> COMMUNICATIONS <br /> There were no Communications presented at this meeting. <br /> <br /> CITY COUNCIL COMMITTEE REPORTS <br /> Councilwoman LeClaire reported on the Community Concerns Committee meeting <br /> of February 27, 1975, stating that a report would be forthcoming soon to the <br /> Council regarding the need for statement of purpose or restructuring of proce- <br /> dures for the Community Concerns Committee. <br /> <br /> Councilman Herlihy reported on the ABAG meeting of February 20, 1975, and <br /> stated he would include further information in the next Council packet. <br /> <br /> Mayor Kinney reported on the N.L.C. trip to Washington, D.C., March 1-5, <br /> 1975, indicating that the Council believed the trip to be worthwhile and <br /> established valuable contacts for the City in Washington. <br /> <br /> MATTERS INITIATED BY COUNCIL MEMBERS <br /> There were no matters initiated by Council members at this meeting. <br /> <br /> ADJOURNMENT <br /> There being no further business at 11:00 P.M., it was moved by Councilman <br />..
