The. roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilman Herlihy, Councilwoman LeClaire, Councilman Philcox, and <br /> Mayor Kinney <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />Approval of Application from John Cerruti for Septic Tank <br /> Mr. Sooby presented the staff report dated February 19, 1975, regarding this <br />matter, and displayed map showing six sites remaining along Foothill Road that <br />septic tank applications might be received for. <br /> <br /> Councilwoman LeClaire expressed concern regarding the water basin infiltra- <br />tion from septic tanks and stated she could not approve any application for <br />septic tank. <br /> <br /> Ms. Jan Lemm, 7679 Fairoaks Drive, representing the buy and seller of the <br />property in question, spoke. There were no questions from Council. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilman Philcox, and seconded by Councilman Herlihy, that <br />Resolution No. 75-58, approving the application of John Cerruti, for Septic Tank <br />at 2870 Foothill Road, subject to the conditions set forth in the staff report <br />dated February 19, 1975, and authorize execution by Mayor of standard Septic <br />Tank Agreement, be adopted. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmen Herlihy, Philcox, and Mayor Kinney <br />NOES: Councilwoman LeClaire <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />Matters for the Information of the Council <br />Mr. Edgar presented the memorandum of the Director of Field Services, dated <br />March 3, 1975, regarding Monthly Report of Sewage Treatment Plant Operation for <br />the month of February, 1975. <br /> <br /> Mr. Edgar presented material from the Board of Supervisors, dated March 3, <br />1975, regarding Mayors Gas Tax Formula and redistricting of Supervisorial Dis- <br />tricts. <br /> <br /> Mr. Edgar presented letter from Kennedy Engineers dated March 3, 1975, regard- <br />ing Interim Wastewater Treatment Plant for the City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br /> Mr. Edgar presented drafts of letters to be sent to Washington, D.C., to <br />various people visited during recent trip there. Council approved and authorized <br />letters to be transmitted. <br /> <br /> Mro Edgar presented staff summary report of the Regional Water Quality Control <br />Board regarding the Cease and Desist Order to be heard on March 18, 1975. <br /> <br /> Mr. Edgar presented the agenda of the Regional Water Quality Control Board at <br />which the Cease and Desist Order of Pleasanton will be discussed. <br /> <br /> Mr. Edgar presented letter from KNBR dated March 4, 1975, regarding Good Times <br />Parade on May 3, 1975. <br /> <br /> Mr. Edgar presented invitation from Beep Ball for the Sightless, to a special <br />exhibition game of Beep Baseball at Dublin High School on March 23, 1975, 10:30 <br />A.M. <br /> <br />REPORTS OF THE CITY ATTORNEY <br />Adoption of Resolution Establishing Prevailing Wage Rates for the City of Pleasanton <br /> Mr. Scheidig presented his report dated March 6, 1975, regarding this matter. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilwoman LeClaire, and seconded by Councilman Philcox, that <br />Resolution No. 75-59, establishing prevailing wage rates in the City of Pleasanton <br />area, be adopted. <br /> <br /> 7. 3/10/75 <br /> <br /> <br />
