The roll call vote was as follows: AYES: Councilmen Herlihy, Kinney, Councilwoman LeClaire, Councilman Philcox, and Mayor Mori NOES: None ABSENT: None MARCH OF DIMES WALK-A-THON Mr. Chris Beratlis, Chairman of the Pleasanton March of Dimes Campaign, stated that on Saturday, March 8, 1975, the Alameda County March of Dimes is having its third annual Walk-A-Thon in the Pleasanton-Dublin-Livermore area, and requested City Council endorsement. It was moved by Councilman Herlihy, and seconded by Councilman Kinney, that the City of Pleasanton support the 1975 Alameda County March of Dimes Campaign and participate in the Walk-A-Thon on March 8, 1975. The roll call vote was as follows: AYES: Councilmen Herlihy, Kinney, Councilwoman LeClaire, Councilman Philcox, and Mayor Mori NOES: None ABSENT: None PUBLIC HEARINGS Removal of one Heritage Tree on Bindi property~ St. Mary's Street Mr. Sooby presented the staff report dated January 23, 1975, regarding this matter. Mayor Mori declared the public hearing open. Mr. Jack Bras, Architect representing the Bindi property, stated this property is involved in the Peters Avenue Parking District and that the loca- tion of the tree presented a hardship in designing the restaurant. Mayor Mori declared the public hearing closed. It was moved by Councilman Kinney, and seconded by Councilman Herlihy, that Resolution No. 75-16, approving removal of one Heritage Tree on the Bindi Pro- . Mar ' perty, St y s Street, be adopted.
