Adoption of Resolution No. 75-15, formally approving the Pleasanton Bike <br /> Trail General Plan. <br /> <br /> The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmen Herlihy, Kinney, Councilwoman LeClaire, Councilman Philcox, <br /> and Mayor Mori <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />MARCH OF DIMES WALK-A-THON <br /> Mr. Chris Beratlis, Chairman of the Pleasanton March of Dimes Campaign, <br />stated that on Saturday, March 8, 1975, the Alameda County March of Dimes is <br />having its third annual Walk-A-Thon in the Pleasanton-Dublin-Livermore area, <br />and requested City Council endorsement. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilman Herlihy, and seconded by Councilman Kinney, that <br />the City of Pleasanton support the 1975 Alameda County March of Dimes Campaign <br />and participate in the Walk-A-Thon on March 8, 1975. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmen Herlihy, Kinney, Councilwoman LeClaire, Councilman Philcox, <br /> and Mayor Mori <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS <br />Removal of one Heritage Tree on Bindi property~ St. Mary's Street <br /> Mr. Sooby presented the staff report dated January 23, 1975, regarding this <br />matter. <br /> <br /> Mayor Mori declared the public hearing open. <br /> <br /> Mr. Jack Bras, Architect representing the Bindi property, stated this <br />property is involved in the Peters Avenue Parking District and that the loca- <br />tion of the tree presented a hardship in designing the restaurant. <br /> <br /> Mayor Mori declared the public hearing closed. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilman Kinney, and seconded by Councilman Herlihy, that <br />Resolution No. 75-16, approving removal of one Heritage Tree on the Bindi Pro- <br /> . Mar ' <br />perty, St y s Street, be adopted. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmen Herlihy, Kinney, Councilwoman LeClaire, Councilman Philcox, <br /> and Mayor Mori <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />~e~uest of Robert B.
