273 <br /> <br /> MINUTES <br /> of <br /> THE MEETING <br /> of <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br /> December 30, 1975 <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> Mayor Pro Tom William Herlihy called the Adjourned Regular Meeting of the City <br />Council to order at 5:00 P.M. <br /> <br />ROLL CALL <br /> Deputy City Clerk Doris George called the roll which is recorded as follows: <br />Councilmembers Herlihy, LeClaire, McLain, and Philcox were present. Mayor Kinney <br />was absent. Mr. Edgar, City Manager, Mr. Scheidig, City Attorney, Mr. Campbell, <br />Assistant City Manager/Director of Public Works, Mr. Harris, Director of Planning, <br />FAr. Sooby, Director of Engineering Services, and Mr. Walker, Assistant to the <br />City Manager, were present. <br /> <br />AGENDAAMENDMENTS <br /> Mr. Edgar requested that item 6a - Adoption of Ordinance No. 775, amending in <br />its entirety Article 2 (Water Connection Fees), Chapter 9 (Water), Title II(Zoning <br />and Development), of the Municipal Code of the City of Pleasanton, be continued to <br />the meeting of January 12, 1976, for full Council vote. <br /> <br />CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Philcox, and seconded by Councilmember LoCiairs, <br />that the following item listed on the Consent Calendar be approved: <br /> <br />a. Acceptance of 1974-75 Audit as information; no action required. <br /> <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers LeClaire, McLain, Philcox, and Mayor Pro Tom Herlihy <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Mayor Kinney <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS <br /> There were no Public Hearings scheduled for this meeting. <br /> <br />MATTERS CONTINUED FOR DECISION <br />Adoption of Ordinance.. No. 77.5~ amendin~ in its. eptirety Article 2 (Water Con- <br />nection Fees)$ Chap.t.er.9.=(Water), .Title If'(Zoning.a~d Develgpment)$ of the <br />Municipal Code of the City of Pleasanton <br /> This item was continued to the meeting of January 12, 1976, for full Council <br />attendance. <br /> <br />SPECIAL REPORTS <br /> There were no Special Reports scheduled for this meeting. <br /> <br />REPORTS OF BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS <br /> There were no Reports of Boards and Commissions scheduled for this meeting. <br /> <br />REPORTS OF THE CITY MANAGER <br />Report Re: Solid Waste Management Plan <br /> Mr. Edgar presented the report of the Director of Planning dated December <br />24, 1975, regarding this matter, and stated that the County had made all of the <br />changes to the Plan requested by the City Council. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember McLain, and seconded by Councilmember Philcox, <br />that Resolution No. 75-263, concurring in the County Solid Waste Management Plan, <br />be adopted. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers LeClaire, McLain, Philcox, and Mayor Pro Tom Herlihy <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Mayor Kinney <br /> <br /> <br />
