He also <br />indicated that the necessary letters of consent to dissolution had been received <br />from all of the Pleasanton Redevelopment Agency Board Members. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember LoCiairs, and seconded by Councilmember McLatn, <br />that Ordinance No. 772, to be read by title only and waiving further reading <br />thereof, an ordinance dissolving the Pleasanton Redevelopment Agency and repeal- <br />ing Ordinance NOQ 723, be feintreduced. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers LoCiairs, McLain, Philcox, and Mayor Pro Tom Herlihy <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Mayor Kinney <br /> <br /> Mr. Scheidig stated this Ordinance would be adopted at the City Council meet- <br />ins of December 15, 1975. <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS (Contd..) <br />Consideration of application f~r second year funding under the Housing and Com- <br />munity Development ~c.t pf 1974; projects proposed for second year funding are the <br />~eplacement of the Harris Acres Water Lines located along WhitinM Street, Gale <br />Avenues and. por.tions of Abbie, East Angels and Third Streets, and the extension <br />of Peters Avenue from Division Street to Rose Avenue} this bein~ a continuation <br />of the projects begun under the first year funding of the Act (Continued .Open <br />from 11-24-75l <br /> Mr. Edgar reviewed the report of the Director of Planning dated November 17, <br />1975, regarding this matter° Mr. Edgar presented a letter dated December 4, 1975, <br />from the Amador-Livermore Valley Historical Society, requesting financial assist- <br />ante f~om the Housing and Community Development Act funds for preservation of the <br />Adobe Rotringer Barn on Ray Street as a historical landmark. Mr. Edgar stated <br />that two public hearings are required on the subject matter. <br /> <br /> The continued public hearing was then held. Mayor Pro Tom Herlihy asked if <br />anyone wished to speak~ <br /> <br /> Mr. William Apperson, 530 Sto Mary Street, representing Amador-Livermore <br />Valley Historical Society, stated this organization needs financial assistance <br />for acquisition of the property on which the Adobe Rotringer Barn is located, <br />and requested continued consideration be given to this matter. <br /> <br /> 2. 12/8/75 <br /> <br /> <br />
