Mro Scheidig presented his report dated December 1, 1975, regarding this matter and explained the necessity for feintreduction of this ordinance. He also indicated that the necessary letters of consent to dissolution had been received from all of the Pleasanton Redevelopment Agency Board Members. It was moved by Councilmember LoCiairs, and seconded by Councilmember McLatn, that Ordinance No. 772, to be read by title only and waiving further reading thereof, an ordinance dissolving the Pleasanton Redevelopment Agency and repeal- ing Ordinance NOQ 723, be feintreduced. Mr. Edgar stated that two public hearings are required on the subject matter. The continued public hearing was then held. Mayor Pro Tom Herlihy asked if anyone wished to speak~ Mr. William Apperson, 530 Sto Mary Street, representing Amador-Livermore Valley Historical Society, stated this organization needs financial assistance for acquisition of the property on which the Adobe Rotringer Barn is located, and requested continued consideration be given to this matter. 2. 12/8/75
