Councilmember Philcox asked if anything could be done to enforce the sign <br />ordinance especially relating to A-Board realtor signs. He was informed that <br />enforcement of that portion of our sign ordinance did not have high priority at <br />this time~ <br /> <br /> Mayor Kinney requested Council support to Join in on a movement to widen <br />1-580 as previously specified. After Council discussion this matter was referred <br />to the City Attorney's office for clarification and legal advice. <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL CALENDAR <br /> Mr~ Edgar presented the calendar for Council's information. <br /> <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION <br /> Mayor Kinney recessed the meeting to an Executive Session at 11:50 P.M., to <br />discuss litigation. <br /> <br /> Mayor Kinney reconvened the meeting at 12:10 A.M. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> There being no further business at 12:15 A.M., it was moved by Councilmember <br />LeClaire, and seconded by Councilmember Herlihy, that the meeting be adjourned <br />to meet again in Regular Session at 8:00 P.M., October 28, 1975. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Herlihy, LoCiairs, McLain, Philcox, and Mayor Kinney <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />Respectfully Submitted, <br /> <br />WILLIAM H.
