<br /> Mr. Robert Brunsell, Attorney, Sturgis, Den-Dulk, Douglass and Anderson,
<br />stated this hearing is required because of the nature of bonds which secure
<br />these Assessments.
<br />

<br />2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 8, 10, 22, 23-B, 24, 25, 26, 27, and 28-1, Assessment District No.
<br />1, Pleasanton Township County Water District, Alameda County, California, be
<br />adopted.
