Councilmember Herlihy presented his report dated August 20, 1975, regarding <br />traffic congestion and flow in the core area. Council concurred to get staff <br />opinion regarding this matter and report back to Council on September 22, 1975. <br /> <br /> Councilmember Philcox requested an investigation on trucks parking on Hop- <br />yard Road near the Shell Station. Mr. Edgar stated the Police Department is <br />conducting a survey on this matter and would have a report on September 22, 1975. <br /> <br /> Councilmember Philcox requested staff to investigate the possibility of <br />placing a crosswalk on Main Street between the Pleasanton Hotel and the Cheese <br />Factory. Staff will report on this matter on September 22, 1975. <br /> <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION <br /> Mayor Kinney recessed the meeting to an Executive Session at 1.2:20 A.M. <br /> <br /> Mayor Kinney reconvened the meeting at 1:00 A.M. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> There being no further business at 1:05 A.M., it was moved by Councilmember <br />Philcox, and seconded by Councilmember Herlihy, that the meeting be adjourned to <br />meet again in Special Meeting at 4:30 P.M., on August 28, 1975, at the City Hall <br />Conference Room. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Herlihy, LeClaire, McLain, Philcox, and Mayor Kinney <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />Respectfully Submitted, <br /> <br />WILLIAM H.
