11.5 MINUTES of THE MEETING of THE CITY COUNCIL August 25, 1975 CALL TO ORDER - PLEDGE TO THE FLAG Mayor Edward Kinney called the Regular Meeting of the City Council to order at 8:00 P.M., and then led the Pledge of Allegiance to the flag. ROLL CALL Deputy City Clerk Doris George called the roll which is recorded as follows: Councilmembers Herlihy, LoCiairs, McLain, Philcox, and Mayor Kinney were present. Mr. Edgar, City Manager, Mr. Scheidig, City Attorney, Mr. Dobbins, Chief Building Inspector, Mr. Walker, and Mr. Miller, Assistants to the City Manager, were present. AGENDA AMENDMENTS Mr. Edgar requested the following items be added to the agenda: 1. Item 9e - Acceptance of Public Service Easement, Parcel Map 1700. 2. Item 10c - Legislation.. 3. Item 10d - Oral Report, Re: BART. CONSENT CALENDAR It was moved by Councilmember Philcox, and seconded by Councilmember McLain,. that the following ite~_e listed on the Consent Calendar be apFrov~ a. Approval of City Council Minutes for August 18, 1975. b. Adoption of Resolution No. 75-174, acceptinS Grant of Easement from Alameda County Flood Control and Water Conservation District for Sanitary Sewer purposes. c. Adoption of Resolution No. 75-175, approving Progress Pa3nnent No. 3, to R.E.G., Inc., in the amount of $18,646.29, and approval of Change Orders regarding Youth Sports Park, Phase II. d. Adoption of Resolution No. 75-176, accepting Grant Deed from George Lewis and Carolyn M. Helgeson for Right-of-Way, Sunol Boulevard.
