This district <br /> could be established only in areas having an average slope greater than ten <br /> percent and in such areas would regulate intensity of development by corre- <br /> lating density with slop.e <br /> Mr. Scheidig presented his report dated July 9, 1975, regarding this matter. <br /> The Council asked questions of the City Attorney regarding application of ordi- <br /> nance to individual parcels.
