<br /> CALL TO ORDER - PLEDGE TO THE FLAG
<br /> Mayor Robert Philcox' ca'ifed the REgular Meeting of the City Council to order
<br /> at 8:00 P.M., and then led the Pledge of Allegiance to the flag.
<br />
<br /> ROLL CALL
<br /> Deputy City Clerk Doris George called the roll which is recorded as follows:
<br /> Councilmembers Brandee, RErlihy, LoCiairs, Mercer, and Mayor Philcox were present.
<br /> Mr. Edgar, City Manager, Mr. Scheidig, City Attorney, Mr. Campbell, Assistant City
<br /> Manager/Director of Public Works, Mr. Harris, Director of Planning,' Mr. Sooby,
<br /> Director of Engineering Services, and Mr. Walker, Assistant to the City Manager,
<br /> were present.

<br /> Councikmemb~r Brandes requested that item 6b - Appeal of Mrs. Teri Jordan of a
<br /> decision of the Planning Commission that a site immediately northeast of the Inter-
<br /> section of Maywood Drive and Stonedale Drive is proper for a recreational vehicle
<br /> storage yard and that certain minor modifications to the storage yard are in sub-
<br /> stantial conformance with PUD-69-5 (the development of 236 townhouses in the area
<br /> bordered by Springdale Avenue, Stonedale Drive and Maywood Drive), continued Open
<br /> from the meeting of June 14, 1976, be continued to the meeting of July 12, 1976,
<br /> at the request of the appellant in order to be heard at the same time that the
<br /> Stoneson Development rezoning is considered.
<br />
<br />.... After discussion, Mayor Philcox indicated the Council's intention to continue
<br /> the public hearing on this matter to the meeting of July 12, 1976, 8:00 P.M.,
<br /> Pleasanton Council Chambers, 30 West Angela Street, and stated there would be no
<br /> further continuance on this itstoo

<br /> It .was moved by Councilmember Brandes, and seconded by Councilmember Mercer,
<br /> that the following items listed on the Consent Calendar be approved:

<br /> Approval of City Council Minutes for June 14, 1976.
<br />
<br /> bo Adoption of Resolution No. 76-152, approving Final Map, Improvement Plans, and
<br /> Subdivision Agreement, Tract 3606, Pleasanton Valley, Unit 19, Morrison Homes.
<br />
<br /> c. Adoption of Resolution No. 76-153, approving Subdivision Agreement for Tract
<br /> 3471, Amberwood.
<br />
<br /> d. Adoption of Resolution No. 76-154, acceptance of Project No. 76-3, Hay Street
<br /> Overlay and approval of final payment in the amount of $6,545.48, to Ransoms
<br /> Company, and authorization to file Notice of Completion.
<br />
<br /> ProclaIm July 4-10, 1976, as "One Nation Under God Week".
<br />
<br /> f. Proclaim July 4-10, 1976, as National Safe Boating Week in Pleasanton.

<br /> i. Acceptance of Report regarding action taken by the Planning Commission on
