<br /> cating ~he cu~s which have been~de as well as the added revenu~which have
<br /> accrued to ~he General Fund. ~r. Edgar stated Chat'preliminary figures had been
<br /> received from ~he Alameda County Assesser's Office which revealed a 16% increase
<br /> in the secured roll within ~he City. It was pointed ouC ~haC ~his would mean
<br /> chac an additional approximately 8135,000.00 was available.

<br /> with the memorand~ that had been submitted by individual. Councilmembers.

<br /> IC was moved by ~yor Philcox, and seconded by Councilmember LeClaire~~
