Prepare 100 percent design drawings and final <br /> draft specifications, traffic control diagrams, <br /> incorporating changes resulting from the City's <br /> comments on 35 percent submittal. <br /> <br /> b. Provide five sets of draft 100 percent plans, <br /> specifications, cost estimates and traffic control <br /> diagram for the City's review. <br /> <br /> c. Conduct one independent design review with the <br /> technical review committee. <br /> <br /> d.
