<br />Letter from Sbeila M. Prindiville to Wells Fargo. Bank
<br /> Councilmember LeClaire stated the second paragraph in the letter of Ms. Sheila
<br />M. Prindiville, Director, Water Division, Environmental Protection Agency, dated
<br />March 2, 1976, to Wells Fargo Bank, was in error regarding operation of the Sunol
<br />Sewage Treatment Plant, and should be corrected. Mr. Edgar stated thatstaff would
<br />respond to this letter.

<br /> Mayor Kinney thanked Councilmember McLain for his fine service to the community.
<br />He then thanked the City staff for their assistance during his tenure and presented
<br />roses to Doris George on behalf of the staff. Mayor Kinney expressed his appre-
<br />ciation to the Councilmembers and congratulated and challenged the new City Council
<br />to honestly and sincerely represent the citizens whom they serve.

<br /> Mr. Edgar announced that he had canvassed the ballots and then reported the
<br />results of the Election.

<br /> It was moved by Councilmember Herlihy, and seconded by Councilmember LoCiairs,
<br />that Resolution No. 76-49, declaring the following results of the Municipal Election
<br />held ohM arch 2, 1976:

<br />and all other requirements for General Law cities complied with.
