<br />that Ordinance No~ 77?, to be read by title only and waiving further reading
<br />thereof, adding Section 4-1.36 to Article 1 (Solicitors), Chapter 2 (Special
<br />Permits), Title IV (Health, Safety, Moral and General Welfare), of the Ordinance
<br />Code of the City of Pleasanton, relating to suspension of Solicitors Permits
<br />during Parades, be introduced.

<br />tiona of the thi~l~y-day public comment period between the preparation of a
<br />dref~ Enviror~aen~al Impact Report and preparation of a final Environmental
<br />impact Report, ~tating they felt the forty-five day period was not too long.
