<br /> Mr. Edgar presented the report of the Director of Engineering Services, dated
<br />February 4, 1976, regarding this matter.

<br /> After discussion, it was moved by Mayor Kinney, and seconded by Councilmember
<br />LeClaire, that Resolution No. 76-29, accepting the proposal from Tammen, Johnson,
<br />Kinzel and Mimeage, 710 S. Broadway, Walnut Creek, for consultant services in
<br />conjunction with traffic signal project at First and Neal Streets, and authoriz-
<br />ing execution of the Agreement, be adopted.
