BiCycle Trails <br /> Mro Sooby presented the staff report dated February 5, 1976, regarding this <br />matter~ <br /> <br /> Council discussion ensued regarding bicycle paths on Foothill Road and the <br />safety factor involved. <br /> <br /> Council requested a further report on bicycle trails regarding work expended <br />thusfar, costs, priorities, and any other relevant information, for review at <br />the meeting of February 23, 1976o <br /> <br />Report., Re: Approval for Consultant Contract~ Re: Traffic S~gnal at First and <br />Neal Streets <br /> Mr. Edgar presented the report of the Director of Engineering Services, dated <br />February 4, 1976, regarding this matter. <br /> <br /> After discussion, it was moved by Mayor Kinney, and seconded by Councilmember <br />LeClaire, that Resolution No. 76-29, accepting the proposal from Tammen, Johnson, <br />Kinzel and Mimeage, 710 S. Broadway, Walnut Creek, for consultant services in <br />conjunction with traffic signal project at First and Neal Streets, and authoriz- <br />ing execution of the Agreement, be adopted. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Heriihy, LeClaire, McLain, Philcox, and Mayor Kinney <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />Matters for the Information of the Council <br /> Mr. Edgar presented his memorandum dated February 3, 1976, regarding his <br />attendance at the Annual Spring City Managers' Meeting in Palm Springs the week <br />of February 16, 1976, <br /> <br /> M~.
