<br /> Mayor Edward Kinney called the Regular Meeting of the City Council to order at
<br />8:00 P,M~, and then led the Pledge of Allegiance to the flag. The meeting was held
<br />at the Veterans Building°

<br /> ~eputy City Clerk Doris George called the roll which is recorded as follows:
<br />Councilmembers Merlihy, LeClaire, McLain, Philcox, and Mayor Kinney were present.
<br />Mr. Edgar, City Manager, Mr~l Scheidlg, City Attorney, Mr~ Campbell, Assistant City
<br />Manager/Director of Public Works, Mro Sooby, Director of Engineering Services, Mr.
<br />Miller and Mr~ Walker, Assistants to the City Manager, Mr. McCloud, Acting Director
<br />of Public Safety, and Mr. Cherry, Fire Division Administration, were present.
