Chuck Seymour, 429 San Gabriel Court, spoke in favor of the amendment,
but expressed concern regarding the general openness of the General and
Limited industrial category.

As no one spoke in opposition, the public hearing was closed.

Councilmember LeClaire asked for a comparison of General and Industrial
uses' to Industrial Park uses. Mr. Harris replied that Industrial Park
"was a more restrictive zoning. Councilmember LeClaire then asked for a
reading of Industrial Park uses from the Zoning Ordinance.
