<br /> 2ALL TO ORDER - PLEDGE TO THE FLAG
<br /> Mayor Robert Philcox called the Regular Meeting of the City Council
<br /> to order at 8:00 P.M., and then led the Pledge of Allegiance to the flag.
<br />
<br /> ROLL CALL
<br /> Acting Deputy City Clerk Pat Flowers called the roll which is recorded
<br /> as follows: Councilmembers Brandes, Herlihy, LeClaire, Mercer, and Mayor
<br /> Philcox were present. Mr. Edgar, City Manager; Mr. Scheidig, City Attorney;
<br /> Mr. Campbell, Assistant City Manager/Director of Public Works; Mr. Harris,
<br /> Director of Planning; and Mr. Sooby, Director of Engineering Services,
<br />~C-.were present.

<br />,~GENDA ~4ENDMENTS
<br /> Mr. Scheidig presented a memorandum dated November 19, 1976 regarding
<br />~i.lthe request of Councilmember Brandes to review the minutes of October 26,
<br /> 1976. The tapes were reviewed and it was found that there was no motion
<br /> entered or seconded, but that Mayor Philcox called for a vote on the
<br /> ordinance which was then taken. The minutes of October 26, 1976 were
<br /> to be amended accordingly.
<br />
<br /> Councilmember LeClaire requested that the Minutes of November 8,
<br /> 1976 be corrected on page 4 regarding the appeal of Lee Amaral for the
<br />Pleasanton Body Shop, to include in the motion that the conditions set
<br />~forth in this motion were in addition to the conditions set forth by the
<br /> planning Commission in their Resolution No. 1452 regarding this matter.

<br /> CONSENT CALENDAR
<br /> It was moved by Councilmember Brandes, and seconded by Councilmember
<br /> LeClaire, that the following items listed on the Consent Calendar be
<br /> approved, as amended:
<br />
<br /> a. Approval of City Council Minutes for November 8, 1976 as amended,
<br /> and November 15, 1976.
<br />
<br /> b. Acceptance of report regarding action taken by the Planning Com-
<br /> mission on items at their meeting of November 10, 1976.
<br />
<br /> c. Proclaim November 21-28, 1976, as Bible Week in Pleasanton.
<br />
<br /> d. Adoption of Ordinance No. 799, amending Article 14, Chapter 2 (Zoning),
<br /> Title II (Zoning and Development) of the Ordinance Code of the City
<br /> of Pleasanton, relating to the Planned Unit Development District.
<br />
<br /> e. Adoption of Resolution No. 76-251, approving claims, review of fi-
<br /> nancial report, October, 1976.
<br />
<br /> f. Adoption of Resolution No. 76-252, approving the Lease Agreement with
<br /> YMCA.
<br />
<br /> g. Adoption of Resolution No. 76-253, accepting Tract 3173, Oakhill, Unit
<br /> 2, (Falender Homes).
<br />
<br /> h. Adoption of Resolution No. 76-254, approving Progress Payment No. 3,
<br /> to Geremia Pools, for work on Deep Water Pool addition to Amador
<br /> Valley Community Park, State Project No. 01-0013.
<br />
<br /> i. Approval of City Attorney's letter to the City Council dated November
<br /> 19, 1976, amending the minutes of October 26, 1976.
<br />
<br /> The roll call vote was as follows:
<br /> AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Herlihy, LeClaire, Mercer, and Mayor
<br /> Philcox
