It was moved by Councilmember Herlihy, and seconded by Councilmember <br /> LeClaire, that Resolution No. 76-218, approving payment to Morrison Homes, <br /> Inc., in the amount of $80,491.19, resulting from Law Suit, be adopted. <br /> The roll call vote was as follows: <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Herlihy, LeClaire, Mercer, and Mayor Philcox <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> COMMUNICATIONS <br /> There were no Communications presented at this meeting. <br /> <br /> CITY COUNCIL COMMITTEE REPORTS <br /> Councilmembers presented various Committee Reports for the information <br /> of the Council. <br /> <br /> }~TTERS INITIATED BY COUNCIL MEMBERS <br /> Councilmember Herlihy stated that the BART Bus routes and stops will be <br /> changed relative to commuter service between Pleasanton'and Livemore. <br /> Council requested that ~ press release be made as to the new schedule. <br /> <br /> Councilmember Mercer requested that the tapes for the City Council meet- <br />ing of August 9, 1976, be checked to see if the matter regarding the denial <br />of application of Morrison Homes to rezone approximately 24 acres known as <br />Creeks Bend was with or without prejudice. The City Attorney was instructed <br />to review the tapes and advise Council. <br /> <br /> Councilmember Mercer stated that there would be citizen work days at <br />Loma Alta Park on October 2nd, 9th, and 16th, and urged everyone to parti- <br />cipate. <br /> <br /> Councilmember Mercer reviewed the agenda for the Neighborhood Meeting <br />in Vintage Hills on October 4th, with the Council. <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL CALENDAR <br /> Mr. Campbell presented the Calendar for the Council's information. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> There being no further business at 11:10 P.M., it was moved by Council- <br />member Brandes, and seconded by Councilmember Herlihy, that the meeting be <br />adjourned to meet again in Regular Session at 8:00 P.M., on October 11, 1976. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Herlihy, LeClaire, Mercer, and Mayor Philcox <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />Respectfully Submitted, <br /> <br />DORIS GEORGE, DEPUTY CITY CLERK <br /> <br /> 6. 9/27/76. <br /> <br /> <br />
