It was moved by Councilmember LeClaire, and seconded by Councilmember Mercer, that Resolution No. 76-206, approving the parade application for the Foothill High School Band Booster Club Parade on October 30, 1976, 11:00 A.M.- 2:00 P.M.; that the City budget be adjusted to cover the City's cost of the parade; and that the applicant be required to meet all conditions recommended by the Department of Public Safety, be adopted.
