<br /> ~yor Philcox requested that an Executive Session be scheduled as item

<br /> It was moved by Councilmember Herlihy, and seconded by Councilmember
<br /> LeClaire, that the following items listed on the Consent Calendar be appro~ed:

<br /> a. Approval of City Council Minutes for July 26~ 1976 and August 2, 1976~
<br />
<br /> b. Proclaim Week of September 5-11, 1976, as Union Label Week.
<br />
<br /> .... c~ Moption of Resolution No. 76-177, approving Agreement with Southern
<br /> Pacific regarding installation of Traffic Signal Pre-emption at Neal
<br /> Street Crossing.
<br />
<br /> d. Adoption of Resolution No. 76-178, approving :final progress pa~ent t~
<br /> Pacific Landscape, Inc., 100 Thorup Lane, San Ramon, in the amount of
<br /> $5,711.49, for work completed on Val Vista Park - Tot Lot and Picnic
<br /> ~ea, State Project No. 01-0015, and authorization to file Notice of
<br /> Completion on this project.

<br /> e. Adoption of Resolution No. 76-179, approving final progress pa~nent
<br /> Valley Crest Landscape, Inc., 1450 Concord Avenue, Concord, in the
<br /> amount of $9,784.80, for work completed on Cultural ~ts Center, Stat~
<br /> Project No. 01-0014, and authorization to file Notice of Completion
<br /> the project.

<br /> i:~ Adoption of Resolution No. 76-180, accepting Deed to Catholic Church
<br /> (~CA) Parcel of Peters Avenue Right-of-Way.
