Mayor Philcox indicated that the meeting was open to hear objections from the audience on this item. No one spoke° It was moved by Councilmember Brandes, and seconded by Councilmember Herlihy, that Resolution No. 76-170, confirming the costs for Weed Abatement Program 1976 and authorization to place the amounts on the tax rolls for ].976-77, be adopted. The roll call vote was as follows: AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Herlihy, LeClaire, Mercer, and Mayor Philcox NOES: None ABSENT: None COXMUNICATIONS There were no Communications presented at this meeting. CITY COUNCIL COMMITTEE REPORTS Councilmembers presented various Committee Reports for the information of the Council. MATTERS INITIATED BY COUNCIL MEMBERS Councilmember Mercer requested that the Town Hall meeting to be held on August 2, 1976, at Highland Oaks be publicized for the information of the residents in that area. Councilmember Mercer asked when the report he had requested regarding Business Licenses would be received. He was advised it was being prepared and would be forthcoming soon. Mayor Philcox requested that the report he had requested regarding Park Maintenance Program be presented at the Council meeting of August 9, 1976. CITY COUNCIL CALENDAR Mr. Campbell presented the Calendar for the Council's information. ADJOUPuNMENT There being no further business at 12:50 A.M., it was moved by Councilmember Brandes, and seconded by Councilmember Herlihy, that the meeting be adjourned to meet again in Regular Session at 8:00 P.M., on July 26, 1976.
